I am new and cannot get human support since I will not pay for something Im not sure if it will work. I set up a Say Hi to new users, and that works fine. When I set up an Key Word Trigger automation no luck. I went the AI route to fix and have all items correct in the set up. I must be doing something wrong. Can anyone help?
