I am developing a Manychat IG conversational AI, connected to Make.com, in order to be able to set appointments. At the end of the Manychat flow, there is an action to call Make.com, and in the Make.com scenario, I am retrieving the users response (a date and time in the Manychat calendar), and adding the appointment to Google Calendar. At the end of the scenario, I am supposed to send a message to Manychat. The scenario is perfectly run in Make.com, it says the message has been sent to Manychat, but in my IG chat, I don’t receive it.
I have done the same for FB and it works, the message is sent to Manychat and I receive it in my FB chat.
I don’t know what could be the main issue. You can find my scenarios and flow attached.
