Today, my Manychat stopped receiving DMs from people whose messages go into the message request folder. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
I tested it using my personal account to message my page, and it works fine. But when new people message—especially those whose messages land in the request folder—the messages don’t show up in Manychat...
I’m experiencing this too since some weeks. Reached already Manychat support and seems a Meta issue… So, right now there is no solution. They told me it’s scalated to Meta but no feedback received yet…
