Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing an issue with Instagram + ManyChat.
When someone comments on my post and the automation is triggered, the DM is sent, but the message appears completely blank on Instagram.
Things I’ve already checked:
- Instagram account is connected properly
- Automation is published
- Message block contains text
- Comment Growth Tool is active
- The issue happens on multiple users
Has anyone experienced this before?
Is this a known Instagram API issue or is there a specific setting I should check inside ManyChat?
