The problem is not Manychat per say, it’s something that you were doing that triggered this ban.

If your post got a lot traffic and you were using public replies, it’s possible you got flagged because of that.

My reply says check your dms for a link on where to purchase, should I say something else?

If it’s triggering too often, or with the same text all the times, then this may trigger a ban.

If it’s considered clickbait, then it may cause issues.

If what you’re promoting goes against IG’s business policies, you can get in trouble...
