Hello Manychat Team!
I need help recovering control of our business Instagram integration.
Our Instagram account @actionpark_1legion is still connected to an old Manychat workspace called “АКТИВНИЙ ВІДПОЧИНОК • ДНІПРО”, which was managed by a former employee who is no longer reachable.
I have full administrator access to the Instagram account and the Meta Business Portfolio.
I have already:

Tried connecting the Instagram account to my new Manychat workspace through Meta.

Granted Manychat the necessary permissions.

Submitted an access request, which now shows “Request Sent”.

Contacted the Manychat AI support assistant, but human ticket support is unavailable on my Free plan.
The account still shows “Already connected”, preventing me from setting up our Instagram automations.
Could a Manychat team member please explain how I can request an ownership review and have the Instagram account disconnected from the old workspace?
I am ready to provide proof of ownership through a secure, official verification process.
