Once you have and it has been enabled for you, its fairly simple to set up! All you have to do is create an automation, create an instagram content box and select DM Lists at the bottom were you usually select text, image, carousel etc 
Its super straightfoward from there!
1. Create that opt in with the steps I mentioned
2. Send a broadcast to those who said yes!
Keep in mind you can only send 1 message to them per day
