I can’t see any option which will let me see where the reqauest has been sent, I tried updating the Permissions as well but can’t figure out the way

Can anyone guide me out

I followed these docs as well but all in vain

Hey ​@Mirosa this means that this account has already been connected to Manychat at some point.

This could that you did with another login/manychat account and forgot about, or that someone on your team who also has access to your IG tried Manychat at some point.

Regardless, the person who originally connected is the ‘Account Owner’, and they’re the ones getting the request.

If you cannot track who made that connection, open a ticket with Support so they can help you transfer ownership to your current Manychat profile.
