I used that function a few months ago. But now its just does not work anymore. I refreshed permissions but it just doenst work. Its the most important function for me. How to solve that?

This feature is still in beta and is controlled by Meta.
Manychat reported some issues with this feature to Meta a few months ago, and they are still waiting for an update. You can check the status here: https://status.manychat.com/cmmxljn3s01ntuud42lsa7zud
If this feature no longer works for your account, it could mean that Meta removed it from your account (it happened to my account as well 😕).
