That’s odd… just saw another person saying the same… it’s probably some instability...
When automations and manual messages start sending multiple times simultaneously, it could be due to a temporary API communication glitch between Manychat and Meta. If Meta's servers do not receive an immediate confirmation that the message was delivered, they may keep retrying to send it, which creates those duplicates.
As a first step to try and resolve this, you should refresh your channel permissions to reset the connection: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281308423452-Instagram-automation-troubleshooting
If the duplicate messages continue even after doing that, it will be necessary to contact the support team: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281086345244-How-to-get-support-from-Manychat
