Hi, I use software for the reels I upload to Instagram. In the last reels Instagram identified me as a robot and gave me a week's penalty without being able to respond to the messages I receive / write messages in my chat
How do I avoid this? I'm sure using the MANTCHAT software caused me to receive the penalty. If I have a large amount of messages on a video how can I respond without Instagram thinking I'm a robot
