Hey everyone!
I want to set up a fully functional comment-to-DM automation on Instagr@m with a lead qualification flow using Manychat. After capturing the user’s name and phone number, I want to know:
Can I automatically send them a message or flow on Whatsapp via Manychat once they’re qualified?
Basically, I’m trying to move a lead from IG to WhatsApp
Anyone done this before or know if it’s possible?

Yes, this is totally possible using Manychat's API: https://api.manychat.com/swagger
I did it sometimes with data collection and using the API (/fb/sending/sendFlow) to start an automation with a WhatsApp Template.
