Hello,
I’m running Facebook Instant Form ads using “Chat with leads from instant form.”
In ManyChat, I can only select Facebook Ads or Instagram Ads as the trigger — not both.
If I select Facebook Ads as the trigger and choose Send Message via Messenger, will that same flow automatically apply to Instagram ads and open in Instagram DMs when the ad is clicked on Instagram?
If not, what is the correct way to set this up using one ad campaign and one flow, since Instant Forms appear to only allow selecting a single flow?
