Hello, manychat is not working when I connect instagram via meta, many chat only works when I connect it via instagram, when I connect via meta no automations work and no messages enter

You should be ok using Manychat with the direct connection. But if you have issues contact support so they can look at your account.

Direct connection works fine, but I cannot use the function of sending a message when a new person follows me, how can I connect direct to meta so this function gets enabled without everything not working

This is a known issue with this functionality unfortunately, and it’s been around since Meta launched it.
Contact support so they advise you if there’s a workaround or anything you can do for your particular account.
Most times these things are bugs on the Meta side and there isn’t much to be done about it...
