INTAGRAM CONNECTION VIA META NOT WORKING

Hello, manychat is not working when I connect instagram via meta, many chat only works when I connect it via instagram, when I connect via meta no automations work and no messages enter

Hey ​@MUSHY some authentication/connection methods fail with Manychat due to issues with Meta.

You should be ok using Manychat with the direct connection. But if you have issues contact support so they can look at your account.

      Direct connection works fine, but I cannot use the function of sending a message when a new person follows me, how can I connect direct to meta so this function gets enabled without everything not working
