I’m creating a flow where ActiveCampaign receives a lead, then through Make it is sent to a ManyChat flow, and this should send a WhatsApp message to the lead. Everything before ManyChat works perfectly, but ManyChat doesn’t send the WhatsApp message, although it does capture the lead. I’m trying everything. What should I do?

    Hello Gustavo. I am not using a message template to start. I guess this is the problema, but I don´t know how to add the tamplate i did and it was approved by facebook Do you need any picture? Thank you
