More and more automation is causing me the same problem. About 70% of contacts who start the automation don’t see the button with the link and drop out!

Could you share a screenshot of your automation?
I'd also suggest creating the same automation from scratch and test it… Had some weird cases in the past and recreating it resolved the (unknown) problem.
