Hello Manychatters! I'm trying to find a template to create a new automation in MenuChat, but I don't see the option to redirect customers to your website. I'm not sure why this is happening, because my colleague has this option available on his account, and I need it to redirect my customers to the appropriate attachments.
Could you please let me know if you've encountered this issue before and if there's a way to fix it?
