Is anyone else having issues with messages being sent repeatedly?

My flow has been running for months, and yesterday it started sending messages repeatedly. Is anyone else having this problem?

@bruno.ferreira apply the tags on button and then add condition, if user press the button twice message will not be send at the second time.
