Hello, I am binding WhatsApp with Facebook Business Manager, and I have been waiting for a week. It has always been in the “pending review” status. Is this normal?

Also, I would like to use ManyChat’s auto-reply feature, so that the bot can automatically reply to messages on WhatsApp. Does this require per-message charges? I have already purchased your Pro membership. Thank you.

 

​@hifzah you don’t need verification to start using Manychat.

And if the user initiates the conversation and your automation replies, then you don’t have to pay per message.
