I need my marketing manager to be able to use manychat, however I don’t want to give them my personal google login. Is there a way to either sign in by just an email and password or allow them to access another way? They are admins on the pro facebook page, but I think that would then create their own account, which would defeat the purpose of allowing me to see what they are doing.

YES! Just go to Setting/ Team Members/ Invite New Member:
There you select the Role you wish to give and generate a link to share with your Manager.
