Hi,
This photo is linked to the profile picture of the account you used to sign up.
For example, I created my profile by logging in with Facebook. Whenever I update my photo on Facebook, it also updates automatically on Manychat.
I am not sure, but I think the Manychat profile picture is linked to your Facebook profile picture? Try changing that and see if it does anything.
It seems that Manychat profile picture is automatically uploaded only when you link your Facebook profile for the first time and it isn’t possible to change later neither it get updated when you change it on Facebook. Lol
Is this still open and really not possible?
