IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEE ALL CHANNELS??

i mean.. i can see in a susbcriber all the whatsapp messages sent.. and the messenger messages sent… but.. how can i see all de emails sent and received?? is it possible??

cause all i see is a note… “email sent” but thats it… i need to see the conversation within the email

​@land no, that’s not possible, Manychat will not show you the email conversations.

    uhh.. thnks or the answer… sorry about that… gonna have to look for alternatives where i can see all the communication channels with my costumers
