My automation works like this:
1. Lead or I start the conversation
…..
2. Lead ends up booking a slot on my calendar
Is there a way to send a reminder for that call more than 24 hours after the last interaction, i ask because i saw that there is some way i guess in Messenger with tag event_update but i just want to be sure how it is for instagram
I see that there is a tag called Human_Agent as well, does anybody know if there is a tag that allows this.
These messages will just be a reminder for the lead about a meeting that we had scheduled, so nothing scammy
