the Meta support staff told me manychat is no longer a partner.
“As per our team, the ManyChat was a third-party night integration app which we used on our platform, but with the updated meta policies, the ManyChat is being removed from our ecosystem and it is no longer supported on our platform.”
What is going on here? Could we get an offcial reply from ManyChat, please??

Hi @swampsmoke thank you sharing this and sorry for the confusion. We want to assure you that Manychat remains an official Meta Business Partner and we have not been removed from the Meta ecosystem.
Now Manychat just hosted the IG Summit a couple of weeks ago (with full Meta support and participation) and is also releasing new features approved and developed in conjunction with Meta (such as the new follow > DM trigger), so I highly doubt that they’re being removed as an approved partner.
Most likely, the information you got from Meta support is not accurate (which, unfortunately, happens often).
Having said that, I’ll bring your comment to Manychat’s attention so they’re aware of it and can communicate this properly within their team and Meta’s teams.
@Gustavo Boregio I certainly hope you’re right, but the recent Meta updates the rep was telling me about and then Manychat breaking twice in a span of a couple weeks doesn’t seem to be totally coincidental.
If there are issues with Manychat and the new Meta policies then MC needs to figure them out quickly. When Manychat isn’t available to be chosen as a partner app and they don’t give us easy access to the JSON code as a backup it completely stops a critical part of my business. If it happens a third time I’ll be forced to go to a competitor.
