so I want to have a clear vision on the contacts in manychat because every time you have a dm it should save as contact but i tried sending some manual dm to check that out and I see that is at 0.
I know manychat charge per contacts per month and that every DM coming in should be a new contact automatically is that only from paid plan or even is it only from the automation when a dm comes and start with the automation?
If that doesn’t happen, then you have a connection issue.
but I get the replies , by replies do you mean if it’s from an active automation? because I tried to manually send a dm from another account

If you’re not seeing messages sent by the user in Manychat, then something is wrong with your connection. I suggest you reconnect Manychat to IG.
