Is the funtion: Say hi to new followers - still available

I want to use Manychat specifically for my clients for the "Say hi to new followers" feature. Is it still available? I can't find it anywhere.

Please bear in mind, that Meta is the one that decides which accounts can be part of this beta program, so in some cases few account´s are not able to have this feature.
