My Instagram DM automation was working fine before, but the messages weren’t being delivered to the Primary inbox.
I added the opt-in, and it seemed to work at first. However, now no messages are being sent when people comment on my posts.
Is there currently an issue with Instagram automations?
I am having this exact same problem and have tried everything - refreshing permissions, republishing the post, running through the maze of Meta Business Suite help. I reached out to ManyChat and of course have heard nothing. I’m so close to ditching manychat altogether for a better service.

What I've done with some clients is removing Instagram from Manychat and connecting it again (via Meta Business Suite). In some cases it worked again.
But there are some accounts that are with this issue for some weeks now. The alternative was changing every automation to deliver all the info + link in the first and only message. This works to send the user to some landing page or sharing some freebie… but if you use automations to collect data and do complex conditions… bad news.
Anyway… I hope this helps you and wish that removing / adding IG solves the issue.
