Is there a way to Contact Support Directly?

Hello,

I have spent 2 days trying to set up my ManyChat Flow with Zapier. And no one has responded. 

Is there a way to contact support directly to help me sort out my issue?

Hey, ​@jennienunes 

Could you tell us what’s your situation? 

The error mention that “no subscribers found”, which means that you have to run your automation on Manychat once to Zapier be able to find a subscriber.

On Manychat, click on preview and select the channel you’re using (in your case, Instagram)
 

 

Then, a pop-up will appear with a number. You need to send a message to your profile with that number to run your automation.

Then, Zapier will be able to find a subscription.

Rodrigo, that helped SO MUCH! Running the Preview completed the process.

I did actually have everything set up correctly in both ManyChat & Zapier, but the Preview for some reason trigger everything to work together!
