is there a way to re-engage if link was clicked or not

Hello, 

I have an automation and at the end I’m sending a link to website.  However, I have no idea if link was clicked or not.  Is there a condition or something that I can check if link was clicked, and if not to ask them about it?  All I’m doing right now is tagging the user with “warm lead”  How can I increase this engagement by checking if link was clicked?  Thank you

​@Alain Martinez the way to do that is to tag the person when they click, then check a few hours later if they clicked or not, and if they haven’t, you send them the message.
