Hello! I’m doing a contact clean-up, and I’ve noticed that while I can segmentate contacts based on their latest interactions on specific platforms, I can’t do the same with contacts who were created via API opt-in.
Is there a way around that?
I was going to delete everyone who opted-in via API, but I don’t wanna delete someone who may be perhaps in contact with my support team.
To be clear: these are contacts who were created on Manychat through integrations with Make and ActiveCampaign. They’re not people who activated triggers on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp. They were added on Manychat so we could send onboarding messages and broadcast a few reminders.
