Is there a way to SYNC chats?

Hi!

 

I had to disconnect manychat temporarily but now that I’ve connected it again, the chats aren’t synced. I’ve already tried refreshing permissions. Is there any other ways to sync chats?

    Unfortunately no, there's no way to backfill those. ManyChat only syncs messages from the moment you reconnect forward, it doesn't pull past conversation history from Meta (Meta doesn't hand that over to third-party tools). So refreshing permissions won't bring them back, it's just how the connection works, not anything you did wrong.

      Hi ​@Frank V , do you mean to sync with IG chat conversations that took place when Manychat was not connected? If that is case I am afraid there is no way to sync it again. Manychat only register new messages. 

      Probably what you can do is to import data from your user base to Manychat like tags o CUF, if you have their Manychat´s IDs or eMails you can do it using it the google sheets integration, use the “Get Row by value” action.
