Is there someone from ManyChat that I can actually talk to?

ManyChat is probably the single-most hated thing I have to deal with being a content creator.  I don’t know how ya’ll figure this out.  I have a large following and the amount of missed DM’s and misfirings is embarrassing.  Trying to find answers on community boards has been time consuming and frustrating.   I’m just deleting it altogether unless I can chat with someone from ManyChat about how to set things up properly.  I’ve had ManyChat for a few years and no matter what I do, or how many times I refresh permissions, or how many times I connect and reconnect my profile, it still gives me SO MUCH grief.  I’m at a complete loss, ManyChat, for the love of God get a support center.
