Is your comment reply automation not working?

Hey everyone, my comment reply automation stopped working around 5-6 days ago. Only 10-20% of commenters are getting replies.  Is anyone else experiencing this? And has anyone found a fix?

Willing to pay for someone who can help me resolve this. Let me know.

    Have you tried to refresh your IG permissions already?

    ​@Fabio Gaulke, I did the above. I have the new Instagram API. Some automations like stories are working and even some comments are getting replies but only a small percentage like 30%

    Very odd… 

    There's a long-lasting Meta bug that could be the cause of that: https://status.manychat.com/cmh44imm700cmdq2ahtgp7h86

    But there's no way to confirm it.

    At last... do you normally duplicate old automations or do you tend to create some from scratch from time to time?

    I'm asking, because I had some strange issues with some clients, and "rebuilding” the automations from scratch did solve the issue… 👀

    thanks for your reply ​@Fabio Gaulke , everything was working fine until 6 days ago, all of sudden the comments automation only started firing of around 30% of the time. Prior to this I think it was 95-100% of the time.

    I’ve reached out to support but they haven’t been able to help so far, they only reply once a day which is super annoying. 

    I’m going to rebuild the automation from scratch right now and see if  that solves the problem. Thank you for the sugggestion.
