Very odd…

But there's no way to confirm it.

At last... do you normally duplicate old automations or do you tend to create some from scratch from time to time?

I'm asking, because I had some strange issues with some clients, and "rebuilding” the automations from scratch did solve the issue… 👀

thanks for your reply ​@Fabio Gaulke , everything was working fine until 6 days ago, all of sudden the comments automation only started firing of around 30% of the time. Prior to this I think it was 95-100% of the time.

I’ve reached out to support but they haven’t been able to help so far, they only reply once a day which is super annoying. 

I’m going to rebuild the automation from scratch right now and see if  that solves the problem. Thank you for the sugggestion.
