Help me solve this issue. After successfully signing up for ManyChat through a browser on my phone, I linked my Instagram account, created a command, and tested it successfully. Then, I logged in from another browser on my laptop and connected it with a Google (Gmail) account. I was able to access both my Facebook and Instagram accounts (with permissions granted to ManyChat).

 

However, I can’t get past the “permission sent” screen on the laptop browser, and now on my phone I get this message when I try to log into Instagram through ManyChat (the same account I tested before, which was working).

 

I need help understanding what is happening that’s preventing me from continuing to use ManyChat for Instagram automation.

It seems that you created an account with the Instagram permissions, and then you created another account with Google.

Did you receive any email about that request?
