Issue Connecting Instagram While Creating New Template

I am getting a popup every time I try to create a new template for “Say Hi to New Followers.”
After clicking “Update Permission,” it asks me to connect Instagram again, even though the account is already connected and all other templates are working correctly.
 


When I try to reconnect Instagram, I receive another error at that stage.

Please note that I am using the same Facebook account that is already connected to the Instagram page.


I need help fix this issue

​@lightfields there's an ongoing issue with Meta when connecting that causes this error.

There are a couple of workarounds posted here in the community, but they do not work 100% with all accounts.

I suggest you open a ticket with support so they can help you with this.
