Can you delete the “skip” button text and try test it again?

Hi Rodrigo, I erased “Skip” and still did not work. The AI help chat told me that the “preview” testing doesn’t work for email. I don’t think that would be true, everything else seems to be working really well.

Note: The skip button prevents the users to skip that step, so it is a good standard if you don’t want to be optional.

​@rodrigo_silvano Okay, it is fixed now! So I guess it is true that Manychat preview doesn’t work with email testing, something I didn’t know, so I was going in loops for hours trying to figure something out. And you are correct, I checked my DM’s and some people did hit “skip” so I did remove that. Also found out that I don’t need to have a “condition” node for the basics of asking for an email. One other thing I haven’t got quite figure out yet but it’s not a big deal. If the person doesn’t add an email for 3 tries, it just sends them the video any way. I may need a condition node for that but in the meantime, I just changed that to 5 tries instead of three. If the person tries that many times, I think at that point they deserve to have the video! Lol. Thanks for your help!
