I am writing to report an issue I have been facing while trying to renew my subscription.
My account is based in India, and I have been attempting to complete the renewal process for the past several days. However, despite trying with 6–7 different debit and credit cards, the payment consistently fails, preventing me from renewing my subscription.
I have already verified that:
- The cards are active and functioning normally for other online transactions.
- Sufficient funds/credit limits are available.
- International and online transactions are enabled where applicable.
- Multiple payment methods have been tested, but the issue persists.
As a result, I am unable to continue my subscription despite repeated attempts.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and advise me on the cause of the payment failures. If there are any alternative payment methods available for users in India, please let me know.
