Hello beautyfull individuals,

 

I recently purchased a pro version to auto dm new followers and also send a dm based on a keyword on a specific real. It worked well for few hours and now, i don't understand why but sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't for both automation... i have the feeling to waiste money because only 1/3 of dm has been sent automatically.

I tried to refresh permission, update keyword to "all comment" but it doesn't change... 

Some of you did experience something similar? 

Any known fix or should i unsubscribed ?

      This may not be your setup alone.

      For the new follower auto-DM, ManyChat says that trigger only runs once per follower, and Meta also allows only one Follow-to-DM message per user per week. So that part can feel inconsistent even when the automation is set up correctly.

      For the keyword/comment on a reel, ManyChat also notes that the trigger only fires on the first matching comment from that user for that post/reel. If the same person comments again with the same keyword, it won’t trigger again.

      So I’d look at platform limits first, not just permissions. It may be working, but Instagram/ManyChat is not going to trigger every single time for the same user. If it’s failing even for brand new users, then I’d go through the Instagram troubleshooting steps and refresh permissions again.
