I was creating flows and made sure all my message texts stayed within the character limit. Normally, if a message exceeds the limit, Manychat shows the exceeded count with a minus value, correct?
However, when I used only a few words and tried to set the automation live, I received the error: “Message Texts with Button cannot exceed 40 characters.” None of my message texts go over this limit, so I’m unable to publish the automation.
Could this be happening because I’m using Burmese text and Manychat’s character counter isn’t detecting the characters correctly? Please help me resolve this issue.
