Hi everyone,
I'm working on a Manychat automation for Instagram and have set up a trigger using the keyword "info" (screenshot of the flow is attached).
The logic appears to be connected properly, and the trigger is enabled. However, the automation still shows "0 runs", even after multiple test messages using the word "info" in different ways. I also can't preview it on instagram
Here’s what I’ve already tested:

Sent messages directly via Instagram DM

Tried different variations like "info" and "can I get some info?"

Verified that the flow is published and live

Made sure the keyword trigger is turned on
There is some conditional logic in the flow that might be affecting how it runs, but I’m not sure if that’s the cause.
I’d appreciate any insight or a second pair of eyes on this, thanks in advance.
