Issue with subscription renewal

Hello, I had purchased a one-month subscription which has now ended, and I want to renew it.
However, the system is showing a high price and also showing that I have an outstanding balance.
During this past month, I used various features of ManyChat such as the AI assistant, live chat, smart messaging, and different automations.
Why am I being asked to pay a debt?

I’m not aware of a one-month subscription plan. Did you mean the 30-day trial?

While live chat and other features are included, Manychat AI is an add-on and is not included in the PRO plan.

 

The Manychat PRO plan charges based on the number of contacts you have. If, during the first month, you reach, for example, 2,000 contacts, you’ll pay $25 plus the Manychat AI add-on ($29).
