I’m having an issue with the “Greeting text” feature on Messenger. I set everything up, checked the preview, and saved it, but it doesn’t show up in Messenger (on both desktop and mobile). The “refresh permission” option also doesn’t work. I contacted support but haven’t received a reply. How can I fix this?
