We have made two payments. The first payment, which is our regular subscription, gets automatically deducted from our card that is already saved on the ManyChat platform. But when we are trying to top up the wallet with that same card, or even trying different debit or credit cards, it always shows an error saying there is a problem with the card. We have already contacted both the bank and ManyChat regarding this, but the issue is still not resolved.

There are known payment issues with India cards. This is mentioned here: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/15404249418524-Payment-issues-for-Manychat-users-in-India

But I just don't know if this will help...

 

You can always open a ticket to Manychat's Support Team. They will be able to investigate it further.
