I’m using ManyChat Pro connected to WhatsApp API:
- ✅ Business Verified
- ✅ Account Approved
- ✅ Approved Template
About a month ago, I sent a broadcast — everything worked perfectly:
✔ Sent to dozens of users
✔ High delivery rate
But today, when I tried again:
❌ Messages show as “sent” in the system
❌ But 0% delivered
❌ Not actually reaching users
What I’ve checked:
- Audience has WhatsApp opt-in
- Using the same approved template
- No changes to account status or Meta approval
Key difference:
👉 The new broadcast is barely reaching anyone (even test messages fail)
