Issues with Bodcast Automation: Messages Not Sending to All Selected Contacts

I have been experiencing issues when launching my broadcasts. For the past two days, I have scheduled and sent them live to a specific number of people. The execution appears to work, and it shows that the message has been sent, but only 1 or 2 people receive it, even though I configured it to be sent to 2,000 people. I am attaching screenshots showing the number of people the broadcast was supposed to be sent to and the actual number of recipients.!

Hello @Edith Villa ,
There could be several reasons for this issue. Below are some checks that might help you identify the error:

- Make sure you have sufficient balance in your ManyChat wallet. To send messages via WhatsApp, Meta charges a fee per message. If there's no balance, the message will not be sent.

- Ensure that the message you're trying to send in your flow is a "Template Message," which must be created in advance and approved by Meta. Any conversation you initiate with a user who hasn't interacted with you in the past 24 hours must be done through a template message.

- Check whether your account is authorized to send the total number of messages you're aiming for in a day. In ManyChat, go to "Settings," click on "WhatsApp," and look for "Messaging Limits." If your Meta account hasn't been verified, the limit might be low, preventing you from sending all the messages.

Another tip is to manually test the flow you're trying to send as a broadcast by sending it to just one user. There might be a condition in the flow logic that’s blocking the message. You can also check the system messages in the live chat to help identify what's going on.

Let me know if this helps!

Could you help identify where the issue might be occurring? Is it a configuration problem, a platform limitation, or something else? !--endfragment>!--startfragment>
