Issues with Manychat - automations stopped

Hi there!

2 days ago my automations stopped. All triggers are still “on” - I am still connected to Facebook and Instagram and I went through the process of troubleshooting by manychat to solve the problem myself. I checked it all, I refreshed and refreshed and refreshed - but it is not working. I would like to write to the Many Chat Team but they are not online at the moment due to some company “event” during the next week. I need to solve my problem now, because I have a post this week for a customer who booked the automatic DM. Can somebody help me?

I’m having the same issue with one of my accounts since midday on Friday. I opened a ticket since live chat is not active atm… still waiting.

I had the same problem, spoke to support and now its resolved (I had to delete my Insta channel, lost 40k+ contacts and re-install it not through Meta business or FB but directly via Insta)-- Refreshed the permissions and bam, it was back on after 48 hours of struggle.  I recieved the below from support today in case it helps anyone:

Before further troubleshooting, let's check some settings in your Business Suite and Page Settings. Those steps have already helped in many similar cases, which is why we recommend them at first. Here is a loom showing all the required steps.

Hello, I am setting up an automation to send a single link to those who comment on a real post on my instagram account with a keyword.

I installed it by going through the popular topics and I also tried different experiments using the add trigger menu. I don't encounter any errors during installation. The automation is running. However, when I tested it, automation on instagram does not work. What could I be doing wrong?

I am now in a 14-day trial. I thought I would buy it if it works. Do I necessarily need to buy pro?

I connect to instagram via Meta. When I look at the instagram settings in Manychat, there is no error in the connection.

When installing the trigger, there are two options at the top, preview screen and try it on instagram. When I say try on Instagram, it gives me a code. When I try by typing this code with DM, the trigger does not work.
