Issues with my first bulk message: no replies and missing messages

Hi everyone! I’m a beginner in ManyChat and today I sent an automation to about 100 people in Colombia. The message was set up as a marketing message, but I feel like it didn’t go through—normally I get responses, and today I didn’t see any. Also, I feel like I’m not seeing all the messages in my inbox.

Does anyone have tips on:

  • Making sure my messages are being delivered correctly

  • Avoiding messages being flagged as marketing/promotions

  • Checking that I’m seeing all incoming messages

@Nohoradiaz In Colombia (and most regions), marketing messages must be sent using an approved WhatsApp Template. If you sent a free-text “marketing message,” it likely didn’t deliver. Check the Broadcast > Delivery Report in ManyChat to confirm.

Inbox Visibility: Make sure your ManyChat Inbox is filtered to show All Messages (not just “Open” or “Assigned”).

Tip: Always test by adding your own number to the audience list before sending campaigns 🚀
