Issues with Permission Refresh

I have done it all and have submitted 2 tickets now with no response or resolution. EVERYTHING is correct on my side it is the old API and it is on Manychat side but I can’t get any help so I’m paying for this service but can't use it! How do you go about getting a real person to help you with issues? I’m at a loss….and for context I have a CRM that has no issues with connecting and integrating, both are in my integrations but one works and the other doesn’t. It’s Manychat! Any and all suggestions to get this resolved would be greatly appreciated.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish and what’s your setup? If you’d like to share exactly what the issue is and how you’re testing it we can take a look and try to help.

@Gustavo Boregio thanks I have a ticket open, finally got a response back a few hours ago that said basically we are so overwhelmed and busy to sit tight...I’ve been sitting tight for a week now. I have cleared the cashe, asked the AI bot numberous times and just goes back to submit a ticket. At one point the AI said it was the old API and on my research that is what I have found too. All I can do is sign in and set up automations but they do not work because the integration is not connected on Manychat side. thank you for any help

@eaglegirl ok you have a clear permissions issue.

If it doesn't work with your account, try having another FB page admin do this connection for you - sometimes this solves it!

If it still fails then you’ll need to wait until support gets back to you.
