I have done it all and have submitted 2 tickets now with no response or resolution. EVERYTHING is correct on my side it is the old API and it is on Manychat side but I can’t get any help so I’m paying for this service but can't use it! How do you go about getting a real person to help you with issues? I’m at a loss….and for context I have a CRM that has no issues with connecting and integrating, both are in my integrations but one works and the other doesn’t. It’s Manychat! Any and all suggestions to get this resolved would be greatly appreciated.
