I set up a new automation with the keyword START when someone is commenting my post or writing me in DM.
It is working but if it’s someone who has already done it in the past, this is not working and they had a message like this.

Hi,
There's a limitation of one trigger per user for each post. This means that, if someone comments a keyword in a post, if the user comments it again (or even other keyword) nothing more happens. It's a limitation from Meta.
Now the message…
START and SUBSCRIBE are reserved keywords to Opt-in.
What you're seeing is the default Opt-in message. You can delete or change it at Settings/ Instagram, but there's no way to change the reserved keywords:
I always suggest using other keywords to avoid triggering this. 😉
