I'm experiencing a problem with keyword triggers in ManyChat.

I created a new automation that starts when users type a specific keyword — the same keyword I used in a past automation (which is now turned off).

The issue is: users who triggered the old automation in the past are not entering the new flow, even though the old one is completely disabled and the keyword is assigned to the new flow.

There’s no visible conflict in the Automation > Keywords section (I don't see any keyword triggers listed there), and the previous flows are no longer active.

Is there some kind of memory in ManyChat that prevents users from triggering the same keyword twice, even if it's linked to a different flow?
And how can I fix this so all users — including those who triggered the old flow — can enter the new one?
